Llevo muchos meses queriendo exponer mi punto de vista sobre la situación actual en la que estamos sumergidos los jóvenes del siglo XXI.
#estoycansadode escuchar que los jóvenes sólo tenemos UNA salida, que tenemos que emigrar y salir fuera a trabajar, a Europa, a Latinoamérica, a Estados Unidos,… Es la única forma de sobrevivir, aseguran tajantemente la mayoría de los jóvenes.
#estoycansadode oír que no hay trabajo, que se está explotando a los trabajadores, que no se hace nada por evitar esta situación.
#estoycansadode ver cientos de miles de jóvenes quejándose continuamente de la situación, de nuestras oportunidades, del precio de la vivienda, de la educación, de la sanidad, de absolutamente TODO.
#estoycansado de este ambiente de pesimismo generalizado en la juventud.
¿Y la juventud qué aportamos? ¿Qué papel tenemos que desempeñar en estas circunstancias? ¿Qué hacemos?. Nunca una población con una formación tan elevada se ha enfrentado a un problema como este. La solución que se propone, salir a otro país a buscar trabajo, emigrar.
Y yo me pregunto continuamente ¿Eso es una solución? Porque a mi personalmente me parece más dar una patada hacia delante y cavar un poco más la tumba de nuestra ciudad, comunidad autónoma y país. A diferencia con épocas pasadas en la historia de España, la gente que está emigrando hoy día no son los padres de familia para enviar dinero y sacar a sus hijos y mujer en España hacia delante. Estamos ante la fuga de jóvenes talentos que se van al extranjero para no volver ni aportar nada más a su país.
Nuestra mejor arma, nuestro potencial, nuestro elemento diferenciador, la gente a la que hemos estado formando a fondo gracias a becas y ayudas. Nuestro ejército más fuerte en esta batalla toma la decisión de cambiarse de bando y unirse al más fuerte, ahí hay que pelear menos.
Los jóvenes que emigran hoy se plantean volver a España “cuando se arregle la cosa”. Y si todos tomamos esta determinación ¿Quién coño va a arreglar la cosa?

Es decir, que en el momento en el que tenemos un problema real en nuestra sociedad la solución es salir fuera del país y quejarse amargamente. El pasado fin de semana escuchaba a @yoriento en una conferencia una frase que me gustó,
“Nos han educado a que tenemos DERECHO a unos ingresos mensuales”
Yo añado, y a un trabajo, a una vivienda, a una buena calidad de vida, a unas vacaciones, a un coche, a salir a cenar, a ir al cine, etc… pero ¿y LAS OBLIGACIONES? Uish… eso se nos ha pasado aquí en España…. ¡vaya fallo!
¿Obligaciones?
Personalmente me siento obligado a generar riqueza en mi ciudad, a crear nuevos modelos de negocio que sean rentables, a ser referencia, a transmitir mi conocimiento para ayudar a los demás. Tirar adelante y a cualquier cosa que pueda hacer que haga que mi entorno sea el más competitivo.
La seguridad en el trabajo ha desaparecido, el término “indefinido” ya no existe en la sociedad, todo ha cambiado radicalmente. Hay que pelear céntimo a céntimo los ingresos currando día a día hasta el agotamiento, y cada vez menos empresas van a hacer esto por nadie.
Por esto mismo creo que gran parte de la juventud sigue en la fase de #esperaresperaresperar a ese trabajo indefinido, a esa beca, a esa subvención, a ese sorteo. Aún no han entendido que la solución no es ni esperar ni salir del país, es mucho más apasionante y enriquecedora, es una tarea preciosa y que muy poca gente tiene en cuenta, no es más que #hacerhacerhacer, emprender.
Dedícate a lo que te gusta, saca adelante tu idea de negocio, peléate con el mercado, aprovecha tu potencial, exprime tu formación, genera, crea, enriquece. Así saldremos adelante, no hay otra forma, la juventud tenemos que cargarnos a la espalda esta tarea y olvidarnos del pesimismo implantado.
